All positions are a 2-year term per the OHS Booster Bylaws 

All positions will be transitioned from current to new position leads through training and documentation. No experience needed.

President

The President shall be the chief executive officer of the Boosters, and any Executive Committees. They shall preside at all membership

meetings and at all meetings of the Board of Directors. They shall ensure that all Booster plans and programs are coordinated with overall OHS plans and

programs. The President may sign contracts on behalf of the Corporation as approved by the membership.

Treasurer

Reconcile and manage all Booster finances with the help of the existing Financial Secretary.

The Treasurer shall balance the Bank statements and report regularly to the Board of Directors, and membership, the status of funds by the various accounts prescribed by the Board of Directors.

Secretary/Apparel

The Secretary shall attend all meetings of the Board of Directors and record all the proceedings of

the meetings. In addition, they act as liaison with apparel company.

Concessions

Manage all concession needs for all Oakton sports including ordering and tracking items needed for events. This position can be a team-based effort. In fact, that is encouraged. This position currently includes the Cougar Canteen. Without this position, there will be no concessions at any indoor and outdoor games.
